We at the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority envision being a global leader in regulating agricultural and veterinary chemicals for the benefit of Australia. 

We support farmers, primary producers, and pet owners by ensuring the safety of food, crops, veterinary medicines, and chemicals used in agriculture and around our homes.

With a dedicated team of approximately 200 staff, we offer a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters career growth. 

Locations

We participate in a range of programs that are primarily located in Armidale, NSW, and Canberra, ACT. Relocation assistance is provided to candidates who are required to relocate.
