Parliamentary Workplace Support Service

We provide independent support and advice for employees and members of Parliament on workplace issues.

About us

We at the Parliamentary Workplace Support Service work closely with Parliamentarians and their teams to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment within Commonwealth Parliamentary Workplaces (CPWs).

Our goal is to ensure that all parliamentary staff can work in a positive and professional setting. We are dedicated to making cultural change by tackling issues like bullying, harassment and assault.
