About us 

We at the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission offers graduate roles that make a real difference in the community by upholding the rights of NDIS participants to access quality and safe  supports. 

Our culture reflects the diversity of our people, clients, and the communities we serve, and we are dedicated to upholding the rights of all NDIS participants. The NDIS Commission encourages people with disability and lived experience to apply for current vacancies and encourages applications from LGBTQIA+ people, women and people with diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.

Our program offers you a career pathway from university to work, giving you the skills you need to succeed in leadership careers while making a meaningful impact in the community. 

By joining us, you will participate in a series of rotations that provide hands-on experience through real-world projects, contributing to the Commission's important goals. 

You will strengthen your professional skills through mentorship from senior leaders and a structured learning program designed to support your growth. 

Completing our program will help you build a strong professional network across Australia, setting you up for success in the public service sector. We offer an inclusive and supportive environment where you can grow both professionally and personally. 

Locations 

We participate in a range of programs that are primarily located in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, and Hobart.
